We are delighted to offer 45 minute 1:1 mat based Pilates sessions led by an experienced Physiotherapist and APPI certified Mat Pilates instructor.

These sessions are ideal for:

Back pain
Neurological conditions
Recovery from surgery
Returning to exercise

The first session will include a structured assessment to ensure your goals are met during following sessions.

These sessions are £50.00 each and have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
