Cancellation Policy

We have cancellation policies in place for all of our services. The information below outlines why and how we implement these policies. Our massage therapists have their own cancellation policies and we would ask that you refer to them prior to booking.

Physiotherapy cancellation policy

·      We understand that sometimes things happen and you might have to cancel and we are happy to reschedule appointments any time up to 48hrs before your appointment.

·      Less than 48hours notice of cancellation will incur a 50% appointment fee as we will be unable to offer this time to other patients.

·      There is a 100% charge for non attendance at an appointment.

·      You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the links in your booking confirmation email or you can email hello@reformphysio.net and our admin team will be happy to help you.

·      We do not implement this policy on a case by case basis.

Pilates cancellation Policy

• We operate on a 24-hour cancellation policy on all group and private Pilates sessions.

• Cancellations made after this time will be fully charged.

• Cancellations may be made on our online booking system, on our App or by email, hello@reformphysio.net.

• We do not implement the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis

PRE PAID CREDIT

We offer pre-pay discounted passes at a reduced price.
Please note that upon purchasing these they are non-refundable/transferable.
If you would rather try a Reformer class before committing to a block payment we recommend paying for a one-off session instead.

ON DEMAND CLASSES

• Our pre-paid on-demand classes are non-refundable/transferable to other services once purchased.

• We do not implement the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis
