On Demand Pilates Classes

We launched our On Demand Pilates service in the summer of 2023.
This now means that you don’t have to worry about missing classes whilst you are away.

We started with one video each in the Mat, Postnatal, and Pregnancy categories but will be adding to these regularly over time.

To access the on-demand classes, simply visit our online platform look for the section labeled “On Demand” and get ready for an immersive and convenient workout experience!

Each video will enable you to have 14 days of access once purchased.
At our trial price of £5 each.
Please note that this is non refundable/transferable to other services.
