September update

Welcome to our September update! School’s are back and all of our Physiotherapy and Pilates schedules are back running at full capacity. This month brings both farewells and new beginnings as our team experiences some exciting changes. Here's a quick look at what's happening at Reform Physio.

Hello’s and Goodbyes

We’re bidding a temporary farewell to Physiotherapist Imke Vormeer, who is off on maternity leave. We wish Imke all the best during this special time!

With Imke’s departure, we now have an opening for a Part-Time Physiotherapist to cover evening or weekend hours. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to gain experience in private practice or for those who want to maintain a musculoskeletal caseload while rotating elsewhere in the NHS. If you're interested in this opportunity, please reach out to Laura at laura@reformphysio.net for more details.

As we say goodbye to Imke, we’re also excited to welcome Alison Burgess as our new administrator. Alison will be based at Albyn Terrace from Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM. She will handle all Physiotherapy and Pilates booking queries, so we kindly ask that you direct any admin or booking-related inquiries to her going forward. Alison can be reached via email at hello@reformphysio.net.

We’re also happy to announce the return of Charon Hanlon from Body Balance Sports Massage, who will be back at our Cults clinic on Fridays.

Class Passes

Our new system for class passes is up and running smoothly. However, we've noticed some confusion regarding pass validity. Here’s a quick reminder:

  • Your class pass becomes valid from the date of your first booked class and is active for 60 days from that point.

  • If you’re on a waiting list for a class that falls before your pass start date, the pass may not cover you for that class.

  • To view your pass details, simply log in to your TeamUp account on a computer or tablet.
