A Mummy MOT gift voucher is such a well received gift for friends, daughter’s, nieces etc. There’s no upper time limit for a Mummy MOT. Perhaps you could gift an hour of baby sitting during the appointment too?

We now have Physiotherapist Ailsa in clinic offering 1:1 Physio led Pilates sessions. These make the ideal gift voucher for someone that isn’t ready or keen for a class setting or has specific rehabilitation goals.
You can gift Reformer Pilates classes. We have found these to be very popular, including the postnatal reformer classes. You can choose how many classes you would like to gift.
Classes are £15 and can be booked on a Pay as you go basis upon receipt of the voucher.
Finally, if you have a loved one with aches/pains and would like to start the new year more positively, why not gift a Physiotherapy session? Or course of sessions to be booked with one of our Physiotherapy team.
Physiotherapy sessions are £55 for an initial assessment.
